1. Please contact us to ensure your address is covered before place any order.
2. All order received will be deliver within 1 - 3 working days.
3. Delivery period : Monday – Saturday 11am – 8pm (Sunday and Public Holiday Off)
4. Please be at the delivery address to receive goods. Rider will call before heading to your place.
5. Refunds are not allowed in case customer no pick up call/ no respond/ fail to receive their goods within delivery time and also no reschedule delivery will be arrange. Goods will be place outside premise if nobody around. We are not responsible for any spoilage due to any circumstances as mentioned.
6. Any unavailable item will be replace with same/higher value item.
7. No doorstep delivery for high rise building. Kindly collect goods from rider at lobby/ ground floor/ guard house & etc.
